Tucker and Abigail serve with the Navigators directing the collegiate ministry at the University of Wyoming. Tucker joined Navigators staff in 2017, and Abigail joined him in 2019. Their goal is to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same through discipleship, Bible study, and a weekly gathering that anyone can attend. While they truly enjoy their time with students on the college campus, they also have opportunities to serve outside the campus by leading summer mission trips and helping train students at a summer training program (STP). College is a time where students are figuring out what they believe about God, and many make choices that will impact the rest of their life. Tucker and Abigail see their ministry as a unique opportunity to share the Gospel and impact the leaders and laborers of the future. Their hope is that students know the Lord intimately and walk with him for the rest of their life raising up other disciplemakers.

Tom and Joy serve with the High School Ministry of Cru. Their current role is with the Field Missions team: Tom as the Coordinator of Networking and Partnerships and Joy as the Staff Care Coordinator. For more than 55 years, they have worked with high school teenagers in Minneapolis, Atlanta, and Kansas City. Then for 20 years, as National Directors for the High School Ministry's Global Missions, they sent American teenagers on international missions to over 40 countries. They supervised American adults serving with Cru's high school ministry globally and trained national Cru staff members to start Bible-based WIN-BUILD-SEND spiritual movements in their countries to reach teenagers for Christ.
Go and make disciples! This has been the cry of the Tiners’ hearts and motivating passion for decades. After serving in various locations in Europe and the Middle East for 20 years, the Lord opened a door for partnership with the International Training Institute (ITI) & Network Beyond. The ITI provides biblical training for national pastors and leaders where training is unavailable, unaffordable, or unmanageable. Even though their home base is Greeley, CO, the Tiners’ ministry has reached around the globe. In 2022 Tim suffered a massive stroke, which has left him in a wheelchair and physically limited, but that hasn’t stopped the ministry! They continue to teach God’s Word online to students all over the world. Tim and Mary Lou also continue to disciple individuals, online and in person. Although Tim can’t travel internationally, Mary Lou will travel overseas as she is able, joining other teaching teams.
